Blended to help with inflammation and pain. May help with swollen joints, muscle pain, menstrual cramps, strains and sprains. 

Ingredients: comfrey, arnica, cayenne, St. John's wort, frankincense , tumeric, ginger apricot oil, castor oil, essential oils and beeswax.
